Typically, a two-storied house takes about 6–7 months to complete.
We do not charge per square foot directly. Instead, we calculate the total cost by analyzing and evaluating the council drawing, ensuring clients are not overcharged. However, even for our most luxurious house projects, the cost has been as low as 8,500 rupees per square foot.
We only use high-quality and recognized materials to ensure durability and excellence in our constructions.
