Yes, we deduct the plan charge during the construction stage.

How do you charge for planning and design services?

We charge per square foot. For areas larger than 1000 square feet, the cost is 30 rupees per square foot. For areas smaller than 1000 square feet, we charge a flat rate of 38,000 rupees.
